Located at the intersection of Market and Buchanan Street, this new 115 unit residential development is designed to enhance Market Street. The project also includes a variety of ground floor retail spaces that are accessible to pedestrians along Market Street. The facade consists of pattern arranged in irregular way to break the linear mass of the building.
