This new Hotel is located near the NoHo Arts District community in North Hollywood. The hotel will provide 70 guestrooms with amenities that include grand lobby, meeting rooms, business center, fitness room, a landscaped terrace with pool and spa. The façade, while creating a strong street wall, also provides articulation, both horizontally and vertically, to create visual interest. The project will provide enhanced safety and walkability to improve the overall image of the neighborhood.
