The overall Master Plan consists of 46,000 square meters of land adjacent to the northeast of the Holy Mosque in Makkah. The project aims at providing necessary hotel accommodations, improving the pedestrian circulation and accessibility to the Holy Mosque, minimizing the vehicular impact to the surrounding area and also providing appealing structures that are sensitive to the religious and cultural importance of the city.
