This new Hotel is located in Old town Newhall and will provide 42 guestrooms with a penthouse unit. The exterior design proposes a hybrid of Western and Victorian style Architectural style that is unique to this neighborhood and meets the City’s vision for Old Town Newhall. The Hotel provides amenities that include meeting rooms, business center and fitness room and landscaped terraces at upper levels. The project on completion will enhance the neighborhood and play a key role in revitalization of the area.
