This new Apartment Hotel is located within the Hispanic/Pueblo Design District in Santa Barbara. The project will provide 92 guestrooms and 27 apartments with amenities that include grand lobby, banquet halls, a pool and landscaped terraces at various levels including rooftop. The façade, while creating a strong street wall, also provides articulation, both horizontally and vertically, to create visual interest. The design provides simplicity with simple materials capturing the essence of typical Santa Barbara style.
