A master plan designed for a community of 47 homes, “The Gables”, is located in a beautiful hillside property of Van Nuys, California. The two story houses are designed with Craftsman, Classical and Victorian styles. The two different floor plans range from 2,300 to 2,500 square feet of area. Individual entries, different exterior treatment, color contrasts and landscape provide a sense of individuality to each home.
