The master plan includes a 1900 unit multi-phase residential development over an entire city block less than one mile from Civic Center. The project incorporates large public plazas that provide a pedestrian linkage. The building volumes are divided to create a series of rectangles interlocked with each other. Openings are provided at upper levels creating plazas in the sky while providing light to the courtyard below.
