The proposed project includes the development of two upscale hotels on the site providing a total of 140 rooms. The shape of the two hotel buildings are oriented and curved inwards to capture the panoramic views of the ocean and the foothills. The curvature of the building form also helps in providing more separation from buildings on neighboring properties. A resort style outdoor pool is provided between the two buildings and is an ideal location as the building form acts as a visual and sound barrier for neighboring residential neighborhood.
