This new Hotel project is located in Van Nuys and is a redevelopment of an existing motel, currently in operation on site. The new Hotel will include 75 guestrooms with onsite parking. The proposed project is an integrated development and its design reflects careful consideration of the surrounding land uses. The hotel features luxurious accommodations with amenities that include meeting rooms, business center, a large fitness room and a breakfast lounge. In addition, the hotel design provides a multi-level central landscaped courtyard for hotel guests to enjoy.
