This proposed Hotel in Glendale will provide 63 guestrooms in a three story building. The project is located in a neighborhood with majority of residential homes in the rear and hence the design takes into consideration the surrounding land uses. The color palette used in the exterior façade has more earth tones and materials used reflect the essence of the adjacent Community. The project provides a landscaped patio and pool as an amenity for the hotel guests on second floor. The project will provide enhanced safety and walkability by developing an underused lot to improve overall attractiveness of the area.
